Business Modelling for Infrastructure Systems Innovation
This is a workshop event aimed at individuals from public authorities with responsibilities to deliver innovation in the delivery of services, and yet facing the challenge of scoping and justifying the investments in terms of improvements and outcomes. The event is interactive with expert input and facilitation designed to draw out and address challenges with the assistance of other delegates. You can expect to leave the workshop with new ideas and strategies for development of such projects, perhaps having tested them out in the meeting.
Who should attend?
Delegates from local authorities, government agencies and public bodies with the responsibility to improve and assure service delivery while facing the usual challenges for investment and justifications for change.
Registration for the event will open at 9.30am, with the first session beginning at 10am.
The programme will be led by Ian Osborne, Head of Complex Systems at KTN with Professor Alan Brown, Head of the Department of Digital Economy and Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation, University of Surrey who will run the workshop using a process that he has developed in his role looking at the digital transformation of government
